Manychat Ecommerce Toolkit

A Facebook Messenger chatbot will help users discover your products and help you drive purchases. You'll manage a list of your products in a Google Sheet, including product names, price, descriptions, links to product photos, and your chatbot will read this data from the Google Sheet and deliver an engaging automated conversational experience. There are three different versions of this toolkit:

Ecommerce Lite: Assumes you have an existing ecommerce website. The chatbot will help guide the user to target landing pages where the user will complete their transaction.

Ecommerce CX: Assumes you have an existing ecommerce website. The chatbot will guide the user to target landing pages where the user will complete their transaction. The chatbot has more engagement capabilities enabling users to save products customers like to a favorites list and because the bot will remember their favorites, you can re-engage the customer and collect other market intelligence.

Ecommerce Native: No external ecommerce website is needed. This provides a complete shopping cart experience, calculates taxes, and shipping costs, and collects payment through Messenger. Note that the chatbot will write all orders to a Google Sheet only. If you want to have the orders saved somewhere else, it is possible, but not part of the toolkit.
